Toronto’s Centre for Social Innovation launches clean competition

The Centre for Social Innovation in Toronto is soliciting a broad range of possible solutions to help Ontario SMEs reduce their direct and indirect GHG emissions.

  • The competition is available on the¬†Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s¬†Climate CoLab platform.
  • Up to 3-5 winning proposals may be eligible to share $425k to pilot their solution in Ontario over eight months starting in November.
  • The contest allows the public to provide feedback to proposal authors, and to cast votes for the People’s Choice Winner.
  • The contest is open to proposal submissions until Aug. 3.
