Multiculturalism Week Funding Available in Newfoundland and Labrador

The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador has issued a Request for Proposals for projects and events aimed at promoting intercultural understanding in the context of Multiculturalism Week.

Quick Facts.

  • Multiculturalism Week is a time to celebrate the contributions of immigrants and celebrate diversity through events.
  • Eligible applicants include cultural groups and associations, established nonprofit community organizations, municipal governments, public entities such as schools, and non-governmental entities such as regional development authorities.
  • The max. grant amount is $1500 per event or activity.
  • Applications will be accepted on a continuous basis until March 31, 2020.
