The Government of Nova Scotia has made funding available for those affected by Hurricane Dorian through its disaster financial assistance program.

  • Eligible applicants include individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits that have uninsurable claims, as well as municipalities with uninsured losses.
  • Individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits can receive up to $200k. There is no deductible.
  • The deadline is March 31.
