Program #3. NGO Capacity Building

  • Description. Individuals or organizations are invited to submit funding applications for a project to provide training, information, and guidance to local NGOs, foundations, and civil society leaders in Panama to improve their ability to achieve their respective social, civic, or humanitarian goals.
